Fine Mediterranean sea salt is sprinkled inside the inner shell and on the bottom of the caramel after filling with a blend of Peter's caramel loaf and Litehouse caramel apple dip. The caramel is hand dipped and topped with coarse Mediterranean sea salt. The milk sea salt caramel won Best Traditional Use of Chocolate at the Oregon Chocolate Festival in Ashland, Oregon, in 2017! |
